With prior experience in technology, law, and finance, Flora is a veteran in analyzing and communicating to tailor business and immigration solutions. While serving as the principal consultant in a well-known firm in NYC, her deep knowledge and excellent experience in branding strategy, business immigration, and cross-border marketing were well recognized by top-tier clients in a variety of industries, including but not limited to real estate, education, fashion, healthcare, and non-profit.

Flora has successfully assisted public and private companies and individuals with complex immigration issues. She was a core member of a leading online SAAS product, where she witnessed the product grow from an early stage to become top-ranked on Google, and how this team analyzed, acquired, and built other systems, platforms, or applications.  

Working directly with C-level executives in commercial real estate and connecting investors and professionals—including those in banking, mortgage, construction, private equity, architecture, title, insurance, and brokerage—to the developers, she played an important role in due diligence and coordination in multiple projects around New York and New Jersey.

Flora received her Bachelor of General Studies in Information Networking from the University of International Business and Economics in Beijing, China. Subsequently, she earned her Master of Science in Communication from Fort Hays State University and her Master of Laws at the Cardozo Law School in New York City. Flora is a native speaker of Mandarin and Cantonese, and she was in the first class of Certified User Experience Designers from New York University.
